Another argument in favor of olive oil: the fatty acids in its composition help to activate the production of leptin - a hormone that transmits a saturation signal to the brain. Monounsaturated fats are also found in avocados and nuts.

There are many myths about the dangers of coffee. But recent studies confirm that in a moderate amount, this drink does not affect the development of cardiovascular diseases and even has a positive effect on health. Scottish doctors, having examined 10359 men and women, found out that those who drink coffee regularly have cardiovascular diseases less often than those who do not drink it. After all, coffee contains not only caffeine, but also antioxidants that protect against premature aging. So coffee lovers can, in accordance with the measure, combine business with pleasure.
